About

Dr. Syneathia LaGrant

VP Global Head of Talent Management and Development

ManpowerGroup

 

Dr. Syneathia LaGrant is an expert in human resources, adult learning, talent management, and leadership development. She brings more than 20 years of experience working in human resources focusing on multiple human resource workstreams. Her experience includes leading global Centers of Excellence, managing global teams, and developing programming and interventions for multi-national organizations including MolsonCoors Beverage Company, Fiserv

Inc, and Johnson Controls, Inc. In her current role with ManpowerGroup, she leads the strategy for designing, developing, and deploying the enterprise-wide talent management framework, capability building, culture initiatives and leadership development initiatives. She is also responsible for global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, programming, and metrics.

 

Syneathia holds a bachelor’s in English and Secondary Education Certification from Bradley University. She earned a Master’s in Adult Education with an emphasis on Instructional design from Alverno College and is a member of the Vanguard Society. Syneathia earned her doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Chief Learning Officers Program. Her doctoral dissertation is entitled Beyond Belonging: Identifying Critical and Conflicting Factors in Women’s Career Progressions. Her research explored the impact of a sense of belonging on a woman’s success trajectory in large organizations.

When she is not working, Syneathia enjoys being active in the Milwaukee community supporting educational initiatives and volunteering with nonprofits that support education, children, and serve the homeless. She provides leadership development and board development workshops for churches and community groups and serves as a trustee and youth ministry leader for herchurch. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and serves as a board member for the Marcus Center for Performing Arts, All-in Milwaukee, African American Leadership Alliance of Milwaukee, and Alverno College. She also loves spending time with her husband, Robert, attending various sporting events (Go BUCKS!) and enjoying the many restaurants in Milwaukee. She is the proud mother of Brendan, a 2024 graduate of HowardUniversity in Washington DC, and Marcus, a rising sophomore at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Jeremy C. Hudson

A Visionary Leader in Organizational Growth and Transformation

​Dr. Jeremy C. Hudson is the Founder and CEO of The Canvas Firm.

 

Boasting over 15 years of invaluable experience in identifying challenges and implementing innovative solutions for organizational advancement, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ole Miss, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the John Sperling School of Business, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

 

Prior to establishing The Canvas Firm, Jeremy served as Global Director of Culture and Engagement for Dell Technologies. In this pivotal role, he spearheaded initiatives focused on enhancing company culture, elevating employee engagement and experiences, driving corporate social responsibility efforts, refining employer branding strategies, and championing diversity initiatives. Jeremy played a key liaison role to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, collaborating closely to redefine core values and shape the company's future trajectory.

Jeremy's professional journey includes impactful years at Ernst & Young (EY), a prominent Big Four firm, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the First-Year Experience strategy for the United States. Beginning as a regional leader, his exceptional leadership and strategic acumen led to an expanded role overseeing all US regions. His contributions earned him the prestigious Facilitator of Excellence recognition twice.

Jeremy's dedication to education and organizational development is evident through his work at Georgia's newest public college, where he played a leading role in establishing the learning and development department and spearheading institution-wide initiatives to ensure faculty and staff compliance. He also collaborated closely with the athletic department to strategize on student-athlete engagement activities.

 

Passionate about the intersection of business and sports, Jeremy's doctoral research focused on the organizational socialization, emotional intelligence, and transformational leadership of Intercollegiate Athletic leaders.

 

A native of Mississippi, Jeremy resides in Atlanta with his wife, Jaleesa, and their son, Jaxon. With a relentless drive to empower organizations and individuals to reach their full potential, Jeremy continues to make an indelible mark in the realm of business development and leadership.

Jimmy Davis

Scaled Consulting Partner, Team Lead

RHR International

 

Jimmy Davis is a partner based in RHR International’s Atlanta office. He brings expertise in individual and team development, executive coaching, talent management, succession planning, and cultural competence to organizations to help them build dynamic and talented leadership teams. For two decades, Jimmy has worked across industries including retail, consumer packaged goods, finance, healthcare, transportation, insurance, energy, and media and entertainment.

 

Optimistic and energetic by nature, Jimmy takes a big-picture perspective with executives to help them stay grounded in their greater purpose and ability to positively impact those they lead. Past projects include working with a Fortune 50 consumer packaged goods organization to assess leadership talent for an organizational structure change, designing a leadership-development plan for senior leaders at a Fortune 100 healthcare company, and coaching and developing senior leaders at a Fortune 50 banking organization to improve leadership depth and effectiveness.

Prior to joining RHR, Jimmy was principal consultant of his own independent consulting firm. Before that, he was a lead consultant for client deliverables in the job analysis and selection practice at another firm, and he has held a wide variety of roles as an executive coach, consultant, and business leadership associate. 

 

As an assistant and adjunct professor, Jimmy has taught classes on industrial and organizational psychology, leadership, organizational behavior, and business policy and strategy at educational institutions including Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, New York University, and Baruch College.

Jimmy is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Southeastern Psychological Association, and the Association of Black Psychologists. He serves on the board at Create Your Dreams, a youth-development program dedicated to nurturing the talents and dreams of students living in underserved areas.

Jimmy earned a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Georgia. He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Morehouse College. Outside of work, Jimmy spends his time playing golf, reading good books and, most importantly, enjoying time with his family.
