Dr. Regina Romero manages an independent consulting practice specializing in executive coaching, leadership and team development and group facilitation.  With over thirty years of experience, she is a trusted confidante to senior leaders in the healthcare, research, manufacturing, service, and technology industries, as well as higher education and the public and non-profit sectors.

Throughout her career, she has been curious about the intersections of race, gender, culture, identity, leadership and systems.  Over time, she has honed her craft to become an astute advisor to leaders as they work through difficult issues at multiple levels and navigate complex operational, political, cultural and people challenges that are central to organizational life. 

She received a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from George Washington University and a B.S. in psychology from Howard University. She lives in Washington, DC.
