ABOUT US
We dedicate a significant amount of our time learning from others and sharing with others. We also spend time trying to figure this out on our own. There is a limit to what we can do on our own, and perhaps no limit to what we can do together.
As Consulting Psychologists of Color we can do more for ourselves, for each other, and for our clients. A community of support already exists, and we can extend its reach, increase its impact, and build it to last. In the words of Langston Hughes, "we build our temples for tomorrow, strong as we know how..."
We are an ever-expanding circle of professional colleagues who work to develop individuals, leaders, teams, organizations and communities. We apply the science and practice of psychology and related disciplines, sharpened by a lens of recognizing, understanding and managing the dynamics of diversity, to be more effective consultants, making a difference.
